      Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carlos Meira is a talented Brazilian artist and designer. He creates truly amazing paper sculptures with his hands, scissors, and imagination. His impressive sculptures and 3d pictures - original characters and places are well worth seeing.
      Here he is giving tribute to the members of the Rio de Janeiro Samba Schools by creating wonderful carnival paper sculptures.
