>---------> Easy Beef Vegetable STEW By Norma <---------< Ingredients: 1-lb. ground beef 1-onion (chopped) 1-can corn 1-can peas 1-can green beans 1-can kidney beans 2-cans of stewed tomatoes 1-can of Rotel tomatoes (strength your choice, I use Mild or Regular) Optional: Garlic & Onion combination spice to taste Preparation: Brown ground beef and onion. Add all canned vegetables INCLUDING the juices. Since the juices forms the "stock" and flavor for the stew, DO NOT substitute for frozen ones. Mix together well, then add stewed and Rotel tomatoes, optional spices, mix well again, then bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook throughly.
