CHEESY CHILI MAC Ingrediants: 1 lb ground lean or chuck hamburger One Box Kraft Mac&Cheese - the creamiest regular box. 1 Cup elbow macaroni 1 Stick (1/2 cup) Parkay Oleo 1/2 Cup Milk Velveeta Cheese Catsup 1/4th package McCormick Original Chili seasoning mix Ground Thyme Onion Powder Directions: Cook all macaroni according to Kraft directions adding a couple cups more water. Allow about 5 more minutes to cook. When the macaroni is tender, Drain and Rinse. Melt oleo. Add milk. Add rinsed macaroni. Add Kraft cheese package, Stir. While Macaroni is cooking, brown hamburger in large deep skillet seasoning with a little ground thyme and onion powder. Drain. Return skillet to high heat on stove. Add 2-3 cups water and about 1/4 cup or more of catsup - (catsup to taste). Add chili seasoning. Stir and add cooked Macaroni&Cheese. Stir. Add about 2-3 inches thick cut from block of Velveeta cheese. Continue to cook letting the cheese melt and the water cook down. Note: Add more water, catsup, cheese or chili seasoning to taste as desired. Especially good with sour cream and or cottage cheese and buttered bread or rolls.
