>---> Chow-Mein CHICKEN By Norma Gill <---< INGREDIENTS: 1 medium onion chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped 1/4 cup butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded 1 cup chow mein noodles 1/3 cup cashews DIRECTIONS: Cook onion and celery in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft. Add remaining ingredients, except chow mein noodles and cashews. cook 10 minutes stirring often. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle chow mein noodles and cashews evenly on top.
