2 Cups milk
3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 Cup butter or oleo
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut


Combine 1st 6 ingredients together in bowl 
or in an electric blender and cover.

BLEND on low speed for 3 minutes.

Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan.

Let stand and rest for 5 minutes. 

Sprinkle top with coconut.

BAKE in 350F oven for 40 minutes.

May serve warm or cool.
