>----------> EASY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM <----------< 1 14oz Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 T. water 2 Egg yolks, beaten 4 tsp. vanilla extract 2 Cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, water, egg yolks, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Scoop ice cream from pan or remove from pan, peel off foil and slice. Freeze leftovers. FOR CHOCOLATE: Omit water, egg yolks and vanilla. In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and 2/3 Cup chocolate flavored syrup.
