>------------>I T A L I A N B R E A D P I Z Z A <------------< 1 1/2 Loaf uncut Italian Bread 1 can reg. Contadina pizza sauce 4 cups shredded mozzarella pizza cheese 1/2 lb. of yellow colby cheese - cut into small side slices. 3 hotdogs sliced 2 lb ground chuck hamburger 1/2 roll sausage Ground thyme Onion Powder ->In a reg. skillet cook: Hot dogs, hamburger and sausage. Season with onion powder and ground thyme. Drain well. Let COOL. ->Prepare Cookie Sheet: Cover cookie sheet pan with foil. ->The Bread: Use a plate. Cut the bread in half down the middle. -[- Take the i/2 loaf and slice it in half LENGTH Wise. --- Repeat with the other half of loaf so you have 4 halfs. Repeat with the other half of loaf so you have 6 halfs. Take each fourth of a loaf and chissel out a groove so there is 3 sides for deep dish filling. Place each one on foil cookie sheet keeping the open end facing inside to prevent less spillage. ->Prepare Each Pizza Loaf: Use 2 tablespoons of sauce for each loaf. Spread out the sauce to cover the entire loaf. Use all the left over sauce for ones that require more sauce. Sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese. Put slice of yellow cheese on top of each loaf. Top each with a scoop of hamburger mix. Cover each with mozzarella cheese. Clean up as much droppings around each loaf as you can. Carefully place pan in oven.
