Royal Baking Powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 Cups graham flour 1 1/2 Cups milk 1/4 Cup molasses 1/2 Cup brown sugar 1 T. butter or ole, melted Sift together the first 4 ingredients; ADD graham flour. In large bowl - Mix together milk, molasses and sugar. Add the dry ingredients. Mix Well. Add melted butter or oleo; mix in well. ***** OPTIONAL ----> NUT AND FRUIT BREADS <---- ***** ADD Last to the above Master recipe BEFORE baking; pick a FRUIT: 1 1/2 cups seeded raisens - or 1 Cup raisens 1 Cup chopped dates or figs or prunes 1 Cup apricots that have been prepared: pour boiling water over apricots and let stand. drain and put through a food chopper before adding. ADD Nuts If Desired: 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts -- if with apricots add only 2/3 Cup chopped nuts. BAKE in well greased loaf pan in a 350F. oven about 1 hour.
