>------------> M U F F I N P I Z Z A <------------< 1 pkg Thomas original english muffins 1 can reg. Contadina pizza sauce 4 cups shredded mozzarella pizza cheese 1/2 lb. of yellow colby cheese - cut into small side slices. 2 hotdogs sliced 1 lb ground chuck hamburger 1/2 roll sausage Ground thyme Onion Powder ->In a med. skillet cook: Hot dogs, hamburger and sausage. Season with onion powder and ground thyme. Drain well. Let COOL. ->Prepare Cookie Sheet: Cover cookie sheet pan with foil turning up the edges on 3 sides to prevent spill over. ->The Muffins: Use a plate. Take out each muffin and cut in it's pre-sliced half as close as possible. Place cut side up on cookie sheet. (4 across and 3 down for a total of 12 muffin halfs) ->Prepare Each Muffin Pizza Pie: Use a tablespoon of sauce for each muffin. Spread out the sauce to cover the entire muffin. Use all the left over sauce for ones that require more sauce. Sprinkle top of each with a big pinch of mozzarella cheese. Put 1/2 slice of yellow cheese on top of each muffin. Grab a handfull of hamburger mix. Squeeze it and hold firmly over muffin to get as much hamburger mix to stay on the muffin as posasible. Repeat for each muffin. Squeeze together a big pinch of mozzarella cheese and drop on top of a muffin. Try to get as much of it to stay on top of muffin as possible. Repeat for each muffin. Clean up as much droppings around each muffin as you can without making the muffins loose more toppings. Carefully place pan in oven. Cook at 375 degrees till cheese is lightly brown - 15 to 25 mins.
