>------------> Shredded Chicken Sandwiches By VJ <------------< 2 14.5oz Cans Werling And Sons fully cooked Chicken 1 tube Ritz Roasted Vegetable Crackers (around 30) 1/2 10.5oz Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup Onion Powder Pepper Hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Open the canned chicken and skim off the fat from the top. Drain the liquid into a small bowl. Use a rolling pin and crush up the crackers into tiny pieces - the smaller the better. In A Medium Mixing Bowl: Combine the drained chicken, crackers, 1/2 can cream of chicken soup, a little onion powder and a couple shakes pepper. Slowly Add Some of the drained liquid - A little at a time - Just enough to make the mixure not too dry. HEAT on the stove, microwave or in a slow cooker - stirring occasionaly.
