ANGEL WING DECOYS!

Did you know angels watch over our troops? That's what they call the decoy flares used to protect our troops from being detected by those that detect heat sources like a jet engine. Like a plane’s guardian angels, the flares make false heat targets that confuse the guidance system of an enemy aircraft’s infrared missiles. They are surprisingly beautiful. No wonder they have been nicknamed Angel Wings.
