THE AUTUMN OF LIFE

Life has it's own special rewards.
As we wax older with each new day,
We are on a road heading towards
A uniqueness we'll fully display.

We'll project how we matured and grew.
Our colors give us away and show
What wisdom and secrets we hold true,
And how deep and rich our talents flow.

All of this is done for us, you see.
It's the reward of life in glory,
Like the fullness of ocean seas,
Or the plot within a mystery.

Our creator planned it all that way.
We do, we act, we live, and we love.
Everything like mixing of clay,
Spinning in this world, watched from above.

Until the time when colors are gone.
When we stand before our maker true.
No colors of this life go beyond,
For God will give us colors all new!
