GIETHOORN
THE VENICE OF HOLLAND!

Giethoorn is a village in Holland that offers stunning sceneries and adorable views. It is in the Dutch province of Overijssel and consists of two parts. It is the old part of the village where there are no roads. Only some cycling paths there. Their main transportation is done by boats. All visitors are welcome to enjoy the beauty of the sceneries while on a Whisper Boat which is a special electric powered boat that makes no noise. Most of these boats can transport up to 8 adults. You can spend some time on the lakes and arrange a picnic while enjoy swimming, sailing or windsurfing.
